SMART post? Never i saw a stupid thing like this! Not even in Africa. Incredible!
Waiting for parcels more than 3 weeks lies over lies very, very bad image for the so called "digital country" Estonia. And if i read all the comments here, wondering that this company still exist!response / report this review -

Slow service, poor service, poor management decisions. If i could choose what company to use when ordering from overseas I would never use Itella.

Huge delay (talking about more than week) and many postponed delivery times with one package. At the end I had to cancel my order as it was long overdue and I'd lost my faith in it to be delivered at all. Not using again if other options are available.

Kahjuks olen pidanud pettuma.Kui saadetakse mobiilile sms,et kuller toob paki näiteks 17.30 (+/- 30 min),siis eeldan,et selle aja sees tullakse,mitte ei tulda tund aega varem,kui inimest kodus pole :(.
