  I had a full kasko with them for my SUV and I have a pet insurance with them for my dog. There were so many problems with their customer support and repair stores suggested by them (they were driving my car and adding km during the repair time) that I had to quit the insurance contract. Main issues: 1) customer support not provided in English language after purchase of the insurance (but before everything is nicely written in English until the moment you PAY!); 2) 1st claim I made a mistake in the date of the accident and send the correction and never accepted the correction and even said that I was trying to mislead them (I had to take the case to court); 3) a second claim for repair they advised me on a store where the car came back with additional km (IF did not compensate me for that and I even had to make a police report); 4) their website does not have English option (it's minor, but for expats is a big thing); 5) customer support in general is slow and very information is provided on a slow manner. I discourage anyone to use this Insurance for their cars. Regarding the pet insurance I am using it for the first time now and will write a review at later stage to helping you with your choice.
