They have free coffee but sometimes it means also waiting. Customer service is okay but not always too friendly when taking a product back. Might make you feel that probably the mistake is in you not in the faulty product. Sometimes problems with parking near by.

Went there to get my Macbook fixed, the charging port was a bit damaged and I asked them to replace the port, they called me after 1 week to tell me that it was a Circuit issue and I will have to replace the whole board for 500 Eur, I said thank you and went to Germany, there I got the charging port replaced for 93 Euros and also bought tons of winter clothes for 1/10 the Estonian price. So my advice is if you want good service, save some cash, go elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.
