I was only there for a one day conference but the location is pretty much unbeatable, the staff friendly and helpful and the catering spot on.
Great location, excellent breakfast
Great luxury hotel, central location, great spa
Good hotel, large beds, excellent breakfast and good service.
My room was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the bed comfortable. Spa and Fitness 10€ per day is a hustle if you pay about 200€ per night. Breakfast was good and the Hot Chocolate very delicious. The location is very good, just some minutes by foot to the city centre and the tram right next to the hotel. All in all I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Palace.
Great hotel, great staff, awesome breakfast
Room is Godó in general (i liked Samsung tablet) but too noisy and dirty windows. Breakfast is excellent. Service at reception is ok. Cleanness is fine.
One of the best hotels which i've ever visited. Nice rooms with bathrobes and other cool stuff. Stuff of the hotel has worked perfectly, everybody knows english. I was absolutely satisfied.
First time in Tallinn and was very pleased with this hotel. Rooms are large and very contemporary. Rate was reasonable and restaurant is top notch. Highly recommend.
Very friendly personnel. Nice spa with swimming pool (underwater jets for massage), jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna.
Excellent hotel with very modern, spacious and well equipped rooms. Could really deserve 5 stars.
We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Palace and found it's location to be great with direct access across the road to the old town, easy access to the ferry terminal and with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful from the front desk to the staff working the buffet.
The room itself was well presented and was clean, comfortable and modern with fast internet access. The bathroom was immaculate and modern with everything we needed. This was one of the better hotels from our European trip.
The buffet breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of foods. We didn't eat the hotel restaurant but from the reviews it's worth checking out.
Noise from the street was minimal, we were aware that street noise could be an issue but wanted the view so we stayed in room 207 which was close to the road and didn't notice any noise at night during our stay, unless you're a very light sleeper I don't see the noise being a problem. The view across Freedom Square towards the old town is fabulous.
We'll definitely stay at the Hotel Palace when we return and I strongly recommend you consider it as it's location, service, rooms and amenities are all first class.
