we got lucky & got one of the only exterior rooms that had huge windows to the street. really enjoyed the view of the church towers. location is very good, central but peaceful. the breakfast room had a really nice antique interior.

Very good location! We couldn't use the air conditioner (winter time). The room was too hot, because we couldn't open the windows.

Nice, not too expensive hotel in a good area with good connections to harbour. Little noicy at night, but nothing intolerable. Good breakfast and friendly service.

Very nice hotel almost in the middle of the old city. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
The room was very hot though, but we were too tired to figure out why the AC was shutting off after ten or so minutes.

The staff were really friendly and service was really good. I think price and quality ratio is good. Location is quite nice, because it´s so near to Old town and the city. Breakfast was good.

We stopped here twice, once the room was a tad small, the other time very large. Both similar decor. VERY clean and tidy, great breakfast. Can't fault it. All staff had excellent English.

A very good welcome, the staff is smiling and friendly.
The rooms are decent and clean.
The small tray with tea and coffee in the room is very appreciated. I regret, however, that the dishes are not changed or cleaned regularly.
The breakfast was very good and varied.
I keep a very good impression of your hotel.

The hotel was really close to the city and old town!

Again back in Hotel Bern. The staff very friendly, hotel tidy, situation good. We have visited there many times. Breakfast always fresh, adequate, and nice athmosphere, everything for good start of the day ( including the best porridge in town!) If you have anything to ask the staff and manager pleasantly help you.

I just stayed two days, but it was a really good place to stay, quite and close to the down town by walking.
Special thanks to Zlata very kind and professional person, She really knows how to deal with customers, always giving a beautiful smile.
Actually the front desk service was the best of this hotel.

Everything was perfect as usual. I had a friend staying with me and she loved your hotel. Oatmeal porridge blew her away, I told her just before the breakfast that she will love it. Thank you once again. I will use your hotel for my stay in the future. Greetings to Zlata, who I missed this time.
