Hotel is new and nice, rooms warm and roomy. Spa was a bit dissapointing if you compare the hotel and spa (expectations were higher). Great location!

all is perfect,lovely view and gentle service,just our booked room wasn't ready for check inn time and we had to wait around 1 hour ! very beautiful style

Here it is what happens when you book at the hotel's web site.
We were presented with few preferences to choose when booking. (1) what floor – we chose 3rd floor (I am using European numbering hereafter, i.e. the first is a ground floor); (2) the location of a room – we chose "quiet", farther from the elevator; (3) what time is preferred for spa treatment.
In reality what we've got – a room at the 2nd floor with a bedroom's window facing a lot for a garbage truck that did its job at around 5 a.m. Our spa treatment was scheduled at 5 p.m.response / report this review -

This goes for the spa only. Honestly i just found it very underwhelming. Almost all aspects of the spa are better at Estonia spa.

When entering the Spa you will be given a pampering kit and instructions on how to give yourself a 3 hour spa treetment inside.

We had dinner at Resto Akord terrace. The mood got even better when the live music started. Atmosphere was pleasant and service was great.
I ordered a tofu burger and it was so tastful.
In the menu you can mix and match protein with suitable side dish. We also ordered duck breast with asparagus which was also delicious.
Best regards to the waiter and kitchen staff.

Beautiful newest spa-hotel in Pärnu. The outside is renovated and a well known sightseeing object and the interior is a mixed old elements with new design, also worth looking in.
Hotel has two restaurants, on easier grill restaurant and other for fine-dining, both well rewarded.

Great place to spend some time. Hotel is based almost on the beach, 40 meters from the sea. Beautiful place, with mix of modern and classic style. Very good food!

Very nice place to spend a night or more. Modern, beautiful and cozy. Stuff is friendly and helpful, food was good but the spa is a bit small-ish.
