  Delish cakes, coffee, burgers, sandwiches, daily offers and a very nice view. Very popular and always busy.
  Update: had a bad experience with a certain a bit unpleasant waitress, who didn't listen to our order completely and started walking away when we were still ordering.When we asked for a cheescake, she brought the least cheescakey cake from the menu, even though they have a specific cheescake.

  It's a nice place for having a cup of coffee and a slice of cake but it also has a good breakfast menu.

  This is little brother of Werner. It does not have this legendary spirit of Tartu like old Werner but it surely has same cakes and good coffee! They also offer day meals and have a'la carte menu. So if you want to eat just cake and coffee then order in queue but if you want to eat something bigger then just sit in the table and wait for service. Good location in Tartu Kaubamaja but often overcrowded. When it's too full you can find Reval Cafe just other side of the road.
