Never crowded. Good selection of mid-range boutique shops from lingerie to shoes and coats. Excellent flower shop and cafe. Elegant and small.

This is one of the smaller shopping centers in Tallinn but it has stores that are not in every other mall. Few eating places in as well. Higher floors are office areas and there is blood drive on 4th floor.
