Stayed at the hotel for a 4 night stay with my friend. We had one room for two, the rooms were okay but only complaint would be that it had very thin door/ walls as when the TV was on it could be heard outside in the corridor.
Buffet was good, liked the coffee and desserts.
I personally liked the Saunas and Japanese bath at the Termid, and the services like the massages they give were also good.
Pärnu itself has a really relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and is really beautiful city, you can take a walk at the beach or go discover the town and luckily everything is quite near which is really convinient if you have free time.

Old fashioned hallways. Difficult to make a reservation for SPA treatments. It was late, so we didn't get any treatments. Rooms for two people could be bigger. Delicious food in dinner and breakfast. I was disappointed that there was no slippers in the hotel room. We had to pay for extra price.

Excellent SPA zone. Loved the Japanese pool and salt sauna. Many pools and saunas, great atmosphere and warm cosy climate.
The best SPA zone that I have experienced.
Rooms were okay, good breakfast. Great coffee, drank 4 cups.
Hands down, I'll be visiting this place again very soon.

Rooms are quite good, but it feels like walls are thin. At the Spa, feels good. Whery nice aroma sauna and japan's bath.

Unfortunately I'm not really content with the Estonia Medical Spa. Though the low price, I thought it'll be a normal hotel for two nights -not luxury,but ok. As I saw the building,that looked like an old hospital, inside and outside, and smells like one too, I lost my hope. The women on the reception were unbelievable unfriendly like they don't want me to sleep there. My room was ok and clean, but the bath was really old and seemed broken. Furthermore I'd need to pay for the swimming pool, what I have to say looked really nice, if i wanted to swim after 10 a.m! The breakfast tasted not good and the atmosphere was awful. Not to forget the extremely limited selection

Owfull hostel , rooms has 1 shared toilet for minimum 2 rooms. Plus confirmed reservation was sold to other people (!! Never again in this hostel. But prise for 3 nights was 500 eur )) like in good 4* hotel . Never will back here

Very child angry space. They sell you ticket and later take it back - reason We have a policy. Customers value is zero in their policy.

Strange feelings about this hotel. Quite "tired" interior of whole building, corridors. Still the room where we were was good, spacious and comfortable, (the other rooms we saw were really from 90''s). But it was very easy to hear what is happening in room next door due to bad sound insulation. The breakfast is nothing special to mention, just average.
On the other hand side the spa procedures and spa center are superb. Also the staff is very helpful, they really try to solve all the problems. So the hotel is not that good and the spa is very good, 3 stars in average.
Worth to visit spa center, take some procedures, but maybe not to stay for a night.response / report this review -
