Death trap. I'm currently on the bus from Riga to Tallinn and wonder if I will arive alive. The bus driver repeatedly pulled out from giant convoys of cars to pass seveal cars, despite the fact that there was opposing traffic visible. I have taken many buses in Turkey and India but his takes #1 for most dangerous.

This bus has few problem about costomer service.
I've booked last lane seat few hours before ride.
bus when my ride, I was said that this seat is bloken.
And they let me search free seat with no help and no additional information about vacant seat!!!!!

Never use the service provided by this company. The bus arrived later than expected and I've missed a bus I had to switch to. I was offered to take another one departuring 4 hours later! I had to buy tickets from another carrier and they refused to cover the expences. Also, the staff is unfriendly most of the time. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

Stay away from this company. Our experience with Ecolines in Tallin was not just bad, but almost traumatic due to their totally unprofessional behavior. They treat you like you're their enemy. All personnel had the most unacceptable attitude I've ever met, really. Too bad for Estonia in general, to have so rude people interacting with tourists. We had a problem with our trip and instead of helping us they've ruined it.

IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE for the EARLIEST BUS to arrive 15 minutes LATE! I nearly missed my flight (and I definitely would have if I had taken the bus from Riga bus station to airport also from Ecolines). Never ever count on Ecolines unless you have 30+ minutes of spare time.

Автобус рейсом Таллин Вроцлав не вышел в рейс, и все же сотрудники оперативно всех посадили, вежливо так и приятно было понимать, что фирма серьезная!

Would not recommend.
Travelled from Berlin to Riga to Tallinn in spring '17. My connection Berlin-Riga was severly delayed and I missed my connection to Tallinn. Ecolines made me take a two hour later connection, because of which my arrival was delayed more than two hours - as a consequence of this I had to buy a new ticket for my connection from Tallinn on. Ecolines did nothing to try to make sure I would had made it to my original connection from Tallinn or refund me for my additional ticket costs. The staff on the bus and the people I communicated about regarding the refund were also very unhelpful.

Агрессивная ценовая политика этой фирмы заставляет остальных игроков рынка перевозок быть начеку и постоянно улучшать свой сервис. Качество перевозок на отменном уровне. Автобусы комфортабельные - чай, кофе, туалет - давно само собой разумеющееся.
Билеты удобней покупать через интернет, но можно и в кассах.response / report this review -

Ecolines-днище в мире пассажирских перевозок. Девушка Владлена, которая производит регистрацию на рейс - тупорылое быдло. Высадила с автобуса, аппелируя к тому, что в правилах запрещено перевозить телевизор. Вместе с тем не проинформировала, что билет, возможно обменять с 10% доплатой на следующий рейс. На следующий день когда билет был куплен за полную стоимость и ее спросили почему она не проинформировала об этой возможности, она сообщила, что ее спрашивали о возможности возврата уплаченных средств, а не о возможности обмена.
