  Dorpat Hotel is a cozy hotel situated at the heart of Tartu, Estonia. The standard room is sufficiently spacious. Breakfast buffet nicely varied. Quite to sleep. The confrence rooms are standard.

  Thin walls. Took a bed and a room. Bathroom was spacious. Service was good. Breakfast was edible. Some rooms have great views.

  For short-time stays, it seems perfect: located right next to the bus station, so when you're e.g. coming through Tallinn, you are basically brought door-to-door from the airport. The room (double for single use) was spacious, had desk space for the laptop and enough space for clothes. I didn't use the spa facilities. The breakfast wasn't anything memorable for a vegetarian, but it wasn't a tragedy either. The restaurant is nice and the staff are polite and helpful. The bathroom was clean and functional. The view over the river was a bit disappointing, but I'm sure it gets better in the spring. It's close to the strict city centre, maybe 10 minutes of a slow walk. There's a shopping mall right next door.
  Next time in Tartu, I'll probably want to stay there as well.
