The children’s playarea is decadent, the cake and the coffee were too bad. Not coming Back.

We were celebrating my grandmother's 99th birthday. We had reserved a table for 10 and ordered a quiche and a cake a week earlier. When we arrived, the table was not set, there were no cake or quiche. Nobody came to take our order. It was a calm Sunday afternoon, there were almost no customers.
I was so embarassed in front of the guests for how long we had to wait and when they finally found our food (I was almost sure that they had forgotten to make them at all), they started microwaving separate pieces of quiche in front of us. After reheating 12 of them, the first ones had of course cooled down. They didn't bring any knives or forks, spoons, sugar for the coffee, napkins, nothing. We had to literally go to the kitchen to get our cutlery. The drinks also took forever. The waitress spilled my grandma's coffee.
And we were not the only ones who didn't have a nice service - I saw several customers going to complain about getting the wrong food and drink.

When you sit outside, it's a very nice view. The staff was polite. But our experience, unfortunately, was that the food service was very, very slow. So slow, that we had to leave before the food could come. (They deleted the food item from our bill, of course).

Great view from terrace! Cocktails is so-so, food - portions are small and expensive. Very inattentive staff.

Cafe definitely made an accent on hall capacity: it snapped off decent piece of shopping centre 5th floor hall and also offered to families with kids a proper children’s corner. Pity, cafe is not cosy at all: ordinary room with narrow-placed tables per 4 and some sofas closer to the windows. Children’s corner has own tables and is separated from rest visitors by a glass wall.

Don’t forget that here is actually self service, although people wait at the tables and then argue with personnel in the queue. Cashier girls are patient, smiling but quite slow. Two person for such a big cafe is not enough.

Menu is identical to the one in Solaris centre, makes happy with colourful food photos, but disappoints in taste. Last couple of times meal preparation took 40 min and coffee 15-20. Again I calm myself with usual tantra “I just get lucky”. With taste is same old story – I’m “super-lucky”. Quiche with cheese, ham, salad and mayo – edible, big chunk enough for a single portion, but very fatty and salty. Cesar salad must be wiped off the Earth, because, I think, nowhere it is cooked at least appealingly. I asked without dressing – they mixed mayo anyway; chicken was overcooked, dry and too spiced with pepper. Salmon with greens – a “masterpiece” per 14 EUR, from which I only managed to swallow fish fillet. Fair good fish, by the way. Dried-up herbs ball, faded asparagus and cabbage were left untouched as long as the sauce.
