Prices have gone up significantly. Service is really slow and they don't notice you - long time to get the menu, long wait for the drinks etc. For this price and location the service should be couple of notches faster. Food is good though.

Nice service, our waiter was very attentive and willing to help with any questions. Food is above average for the area and with a nice french touch. Would definitely visit again. Is good for both coffee+cake and late night dinner too.

A small-medium sized cafe with a cozy feel to it. Would recommend for a quick bite and a rest after a long walk/shopping. There are pastries and cakes and a vast selection of tea and coffee.

This place is quite romantic and cozy. The food selection is nice and quality is great too. We had an issue with one female server who did not know anything about wines but then a man appeared who seemed to know them really well so we liked him a lot, educated us quite a lot and that got as ordering different wines.

So nice staff and best service
Had my son with me who fell asleep in the stroller and when we had to leave he was still asleep so without any thinking we were a loud to bring the blanket with us that we had borrowed from the restaurant
We are absolutely coming back next time we visit Tallinn no doubt about that

Have been here twice now and both times very average food experience, nothing special. Service also slow and not caring and warm. Pastries are good, but salads or special menus are regular.

One of two Cafe Lyon's in Tallinn (the other one is on the outskirts in a suburb). Food is good and the menu varies (not a problem for the occasional tourist, but a benefit to us locals). The daily specials during lunch time are worth a try as is the bakery side of the cafe. You can feel the French influence through and through.
