  Terrible service.
  
  Staff ignored customers, avoiding eye contact at all costs.
  
  A simple sentence of "we are busy at the moment, we will deal with you shortly" would be enough when there is alot of customers.
  
  Left after 15 minutes of no service or communication from the staff, even when they were right next to you.
