  My reservation was cancelled, but they didn´t inform me about it. I got to know about this one day before our arrival because I contacted them, not having received any information about my booking. All they answered was "Unexpected things happen and not all us foreseeable. This is not due to bad organisation but occurances which are out of our control. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience."

  Апартаменты на Rataskaevu, 22, где мы остановились в июне 2014 года, представляют собой небольшую уютную квартирку с окнами, выходящими во двор, кухней, объединённой в одну жилую зону со спальней, большой ванной комнатой и прихожей, снабжённой вместительным платяным шкафом. Это место идеально для спокойного отдыха и, несмотря на то обстоятельство, что квартира находится в самом центре города у крепостной стены, городскому шуму не удаётся ворваться в раскрытые окна. Небольшому семейству (это как раз наш случай) такая квартира была в самый раз, для трёх человек в ней достаточно и света, и воздуха, и пространства, а вот если вы приехали в Таллин большой компанией и на своей машине, вам, конечно, придётся подыскать другой вариант размещения, возможно, с помощью всё той же компании Best apartments PLC, услугами которой мы остались очень довольны.

  I had to be on a Business Trip in Estonia and not knowing my surrounding's and the language my experience was absolutely amazing, I felt like at home during my stay, you can smell the fresh paint of a new property, the Living Room is so spacious, the Bathroom so bright and with a touch of elegance
  
  All in all I really enjoyed my stay at Sakala 16 apartment.. definitely I recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice, new and comfortable place to stay

  Very comfortable and clean apartments, nice and peaceful location and management is very polite and responsive, i really love these apartments.
