We bought a lovely pram from this shop and were served a lovely lady who knew her stuff. Half a year later pram wheel stopped going around as it was something wrong with the brake. We took it back in to the shop because it still had 1/2 year warranty left. At the shop we were given a two options take the pram to the repairs or leave it with them and they will send it off. As the repair shop was really close we decided to go there. Unfortunately, that was a completely waist of time because in the repair shops we been told that fixing the pram will cost us 30EUR despite the fact that we still had half a year warranty left..they did not care that we been sent by the Beebicentrum. So I decided to take the pram back to the shop and try to understand why I have to pay. On the shop we been told to leave the pram, they will deal with it and normally it takes 15 days to fix it (why the hell they even sent us to the repair shop). After 15 days I decided to pop in to the shop and enquirer about my pram. Unfortunately it was still been fixed and they said they will contact with me once its ready. Week and a half later no calls, I popped in again as I lived quite close. Unluckily pram was still being fixed. Plesant lady told me she will find out whats going on with the pram and come back to me. She did call me 2hrs later and told me that pram will deffo will be ready next week. I waited a week and then another week till I decided to pop in again (so by that time ive been waiting 1 month and 2 weeks). I asked about my pram we specified the details and came out that the pram did arrived last week but now one didn't called me to let me know (I did had a correct mob.nr.because I did checked twice if not more). So lady behind the counter apologized that it took so long and indeed was surprised that it has taken so long. So I asked what was wrong with it and why it took ages. It came out that it was just a dirt in the brakesand then the male assistant next to the lady who just stood by her all that time told me that thats normal sometimes you have to wait, our pram wasn't the only one and when you take a car to be fixed you have to wait the same amount of time. All this time he had a annoying grim on his face what really did discussed me a lot. So after 1 month and 2 weeks waiting (it should have been 15 days ) i get an answer like this really pissed me off. I really dont want to go back to this shop anymore. Beebicentrum you really should consider your male staff members more carefully.
