    Service sucks fully.
Trolley system with cash is copied from Germany (old economy). Who in Estonia has cash?
The same girl advising to pick the trolley from outside (miles away) did not even winck when I had somehow dragged the heavy goods to cashier point. When I made a remark to her about the absence of cash in modern Estonia, she pointed out that there is a little box of chips hidden behind cash machine. Why did she not point it out earlier?
And of course, she (nor any other service staff) did no attempt to help me to get the goods to the car.
Summary: Bauhaus is excellent showroom, but it is not for making purchases.

Quite big shop. Great place to buy equipment to build, fix and etc. A variety from electrical to wooden materials brings joy to the customer as well as makes Bauhaus the frontman on the Estonian market. Also rich in home decorations. The staff are very polite and always ready to help!

    Ehtremely BAD experience :-(

They took my Maestro card money TWICE for a single purchase. And then it took me a whole week to push them finally to send me just a part of my money back. Yep, just a part — still didn't get all my money back

But the much bigger problem is that I've newer had a deal with such an unsupportive management. They won't react to your mails, won't call you back as was promised. They won't send you any apologizing. Actually it's mostly looks like you are dealing with someone from Tadzhikistan in 90th

So — I will think twice to buy here anymore — there are many great mega malls of this kind in Tallinn, where you won't see that kind of stealing money and this kind of attitude :-(

Handyman store with great choices. Drive-in area. Should have more salesmen on the floor
