Ordered food to go, which came one hour after ordered time. Bill turned out to be bigger than when ordering on phone. Boy who brought food was not professional.

Not exactly a restaurant, more like an asian cafe\canteen. Definitely not the best in Tallinn. Last time I was there I found cling film pieces in my curry.
