Good apartments for a 1 max. 2 nights stay

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The interior in some of the rooms is just stunning when you first enter.

Very poor service. My balcony´s door and lock were broken. Because it was already November the room became very cold quickly. Finally the "maintenance" man came and he told that I had broken it! The man was owner´s husband (and he had no real skills to repair the door and lock (ground floor) ). He also blamed that all Nordic people complain just for small things. I told him that the door must work well, I am not interested in other opinions. I called owner and made a complain to her. She did not want to hear negative feed back and hang up the telephone. Her husband complained that he had to drive a long way just for one broken balcony door. I told him that is no my problem. The owner told me that door can fixed on Monday!!! No chance for new room, racist, Soviet Era service/attitude which means that the client is always wrong. The husband of the owner was really rude, vulgar and he had NOT decent manners at all. Due to broken lock & balcony door I was in trouble. I had to place a heavy chair behind the door for safety reasons. I did try call later to the Lady owner but she didn´t want to listen me. Finally, without any reason, she hang up the mobile. They never answered to my email. Very poor service, and the man was really rude and had bad manners.

Hotelli on uusi ja siisti. Minua häiritsi se, että hotellissa ei ollut henkilökuntaa paikalla. Avaimet saatiin tenniskeskuksesta. Toimi ihan ok. Kuitenkin meille jäi epäselväksi esim. Mihin avaimet palautetaan kun poistutaan hotellista.

Ilus ja puhas külaliskorter. Piltidelt tundub palju suurem, kui reaalsuses. Patju oleks võinud rohkem olla. Aga muidu on kõik olemas ja mõnus koht peatuseks. Väga meeldis, et saab kasutada ka kohvimasinat.

The bathroom is very small. I like the way how we managed with the owner, all was okay and without problems.
