Highly recommend this hotel in Coca

The hotel is nice with an outdoor pool (I didn't use it as it looked as if it needed a clean). Restaurant is clean and the food served was good although be aware that portions can be a bit on the large side (see pictures)
I had a problem on my second day there with my room, I went for lunch and the room was spotlessly clean, when I came back approximately an hour later the bed and floor were covered in flies, ants and other insects, most dead but some still crawling. I spoke to the receptionist who apologized and had me in another room within an hour. Thank you for your prompt assistance.
Second room had better wifi access as well.
All in all an enjoyable two week stay.response / report this review -

Nice rooms with nice views of the river. The ac units in the rooms are pretty unreliable sometimes so be aware of the that. Definitely one of the nicer hotels in coca.

Excelente Hotel, lo mejor que encontrarás en el Coca, parqueaderos amplios, guardias de seguridad, restaurante, piscina, servicios de lavado, ascensor, excelente servicio y atención, todos muy amables y atentos.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, amplias, excelente vista, aire acondicionado. TecnologÃa de punta. Acceso y control central de la habitación con tarjeta, aire acondicionado, televisión por cable.response / report this review -

Estuve en este lindo hotel es muuuy grandeee y lo que mas me gusta es la piscinaaa. Es ideal luego de un clima caliente en la ciudad muy refrescante. Agradezco por la atención que recibÃ.. Las habitaciones son amplias confortantes y muy limpias

En la ciudad de Francisco de Orellana conocida como El Coca este es el único Hotel de la ciudad con una calificación de 5 estrellas establecida por el Ministerio de Turismo. Excelente opción de negocios o en familia.
