  It is another mall located in Samborondon in which you can find many restaurants and beverages stores. Also a supermarket called "Supermaxi". The theater is still in process but you will find "Cinemark". There are many clothing, jewellery, shoes stores. Once a month, they use to do a fair in which artisans offer local products as crafts, handmade stuffs as soaps, creams, jellys and others. The food court has wifi and switches for charge laptops.

  A first class mall,everything available. Fast food restaurants, cafes,hair saloons,banks, covered parking,a quality supermarket,clothes ,baby clothes ,car dealer,bakery,furniture among otherbeer house outside seating. Recommended for quality.
