  It was the worst experience since they went out of their word and did not honor the contract.
  
  Initially we planned to have our wedding at the venue, but since the government declared a yellow alert for the phenomenon of El Niño for the month of November, we decided to cancel it, since we could not risk the place becoming a puddle of mud, since that everything is on grass.
  
  We had received a contract in which it clearly specified that an initial security deposit of $1000 should be made, which would be returned only if the event was canceled outside of 90 business days from the date of the event, which was in November. 18.
  
  We canceled 120 days before, so according to the contract, for whatever reason, in this case an official yellow alert for the phenomenon of the child, we had to return the $1000 dollars in full.
  
  However, the owner of the premises decided to return only $800 and keep $200 authoritatively.
  
  Apart from this, when we were just interested in the place, we agreed with the owner to have a meeting with her and the organizers of the event, we agreed on a date which she suggested since she had to travel from the USA to Ecuador, however the day of the meeting, when we saw that she was not there, we called her and to everyone's surprise, she had not even come to Ecuador.
  
  Unfortunately they are not serious people and they manage their events as if it were a neighborhood store, many people warned us about the place and the vdd were not wrong. Now I understand why they had all the calendar dates available, surely nobody chooses them.
