Seems kind of abandoned. Still a couple of businesses but nothing special. In the food court you can find KFC and lots of never- heard-of places to eat. Clean definitely.

We were to got information at the SRI and we needed some products at the Supermaxi Market. We ate a very nice hot chocolate with mashmelllows in the 'El Español' and we got information about a Cargo Agency Travel. Just in one place.

It has become a place where lots of offices are being set. You can find public offices operating here, some good outlets and other services like a gym, kids place and lots of dancing lessons places. There is also a music academy and some language academies.
