Very cool 4star modern hotel. Thier attention to service, eco friendly environment and the use of organic toiletry amenities are refreshing. Doesn't hurt that the free WiFi and the location is fantastic.

Just in front of Seminar Park or Iguana's Park, and very close to the beautiful Guayaquil Cathedral. Few blocks to the Malecón .
Building has access from ground floor but lobby is in the 2nd floor. Parking is not located in the same building.
Stayed in floor 9 [signature floor queen bed]. Room was facing the street. Could be a little noisy but not serious enough to affect your sleep. The rooms in this side have very nice views to the cathedral and to Seminario Park.
In my second visit (part of same trip), had another room in floor 11th, and again in floor 9th. Rooms in the 11th good in size but NOISY. Noise came from the roof above where all the big A/C units are located. Fortunately there were rooms available in floor 9th.
Airport is inside the city so according to the wind direction you could hear more or less noise coming from plane engines.
From Monday to Friday breakfast is served in the area near the lobby. On weekends breakfast is served in Unicafe, located in ground floor. The place can be accessed also from street.
One complimentary shuttle service to or from the airport provided you call the hotel to let them know what time your flight arrives or departures from Guayaquil.
Regarding amenities it has rinse, shampoo, soap, kleenex. Didn't find shower cap.
Staff's friendly and do the most to help you.

Habitaciones, grandes, limpias y renovadas, excelente servicio, buenísima ubicación porque se tiene frente al hotel el parque de las iguanas, y a menos de 10 minutos se tiene el Malecon para caminar.

En el corazón comercial de la ciudad más comercial del Ecuador. Las habitaciones podrían mejorar y renovarse. Nivel de seguridad excelente. Precios medios. Fines de semana muy concurrido por personas que asisten a eventos sociales.

Good hotel for both business and pleasure. Located around the iconic cathedral Park and mere blocks away from the river walkway, location is great for getting to know the sights. The breakfast service is excellent, and they have a good cafe for 24 food.
For business users, full service is available 24/7 and, although the WiFi does have some blind spots, cable connection is available, with 20+ Mbps speeds.
The lower floors house a shopping center that will likely cover most of your everyday needs.
