  Delicious ice-cream and cakes with very reasonable prices, US$1.5/single coop of ice-cream, proper size= big. Cakes are around US$5/slice. Friendly and attentive staff even the restaurant is always packed and noisy. Many other options for food and deserts. Perfect location, right next to the central park and the church Santa Ana de Los rios de Cuenca. Highly recommended.

  Poor service, the waiter has a strong attitude, I don’t know what’s got into him, maybe it’s New Year’s eve and he has to work. He barely came upstairs to serve, if we needed something, we had to come downstairs or wait longer. The cakes suck! Don’t come unless u enjoy being mistreated!!!

  En cuanto a pizzas y snaduches, son excelentes. Los sanduches son de buen tamaño, son muy ricos y a mi apreciacion economicos. Las pizzas son artesanales de masa fina y tienen bastante variedad. Adentro es super calido para los friolentos.

  Supposed to open at 8 am, but they are not in time.
  Dishonest staff, be carefull.
  Ordered some things to go. Woman at the register billed wrong items (too much), she got nervous, checked the bill several times. Gave me my change and also put some coins away. Confused me. Waiting for my coffee, I checked the bill and noticed the wrong items. I complained and got a plausible amount of money back (got no new bill).
  I dont know her name, but she was an obvious pregnant woman at the register in the early morning at the 2nd of may 2017.

  I had Americano breakfast in this place last week. It was really good, their baked goods are fresh, their coffee was good, and the overall experience was pleasant . The server however was borderline rude, but if you get past this, it is a nice place for breakfast.

  Just not worth the wait, ask for a meat lasaña, and got a chicken one which was horrible.

  Ice cream was affordable but very usual. There are much better places for ice cream elsewhere in Cuenca.

  Rude staff, arrived at 10.45 and told we couldn't have breakfast even though it finishes at 11. When i asked about this just turned away and ignored me.
