The bed, room, staff , patio and breakfast was amaizing and the literature theme was fun. And the only bad was two flights of stairs without an elevator but it cloud be good if you work out.
The place is nice enough. The things we didn't care for were. The $20 fee to use the lockers/keys. They also don't have a laundry service and don't allow you to do your own laundry. They have a kitchen but you're not allowed to use it, even though they barely use it. Other then that it's nice enough to stay in.
The real Guayaquil experience. In the heart of the city, two blocks from the riverwalk Malecon Simon Bolivar.
Modern, new beds with lamps, a shelf and outlets in each one. - Good location with easy access to the airport and bus terminal. - Very clean. - Friendly check in staff.
The location is great-- close to the malecon. The staff was wonderful in researching and writing out direction to several locations we wanted to find and they also arranged for a taxi to take us to the bus station. The private rooms are ample and a good value for the price. We will stay there again.
Hard to find, but at a great location in the centre. Big rooms, very clean, nice! Well worth the extra money (dorm: 13,50 per night). Not a laidback, cozy hostel though.
Great hostel and location, modern and clean however a bit expensive
The good: clean and central. The bad: At 2pm they insisted that I leave the hostel for an hour (not my room, the entire hostel) so that they could clean the common area, which HAD ALREADY BEEN CLEANED. They said this was "policy." Then they made me pay $2 for a rental towel and provide a $20 cash deposit for my key. They did not inform me via email or upon arrival of either of these items, only hours after I already decided to stay here. No other hostel in 6wks in Ecuador made me do this.
Very clean rooms and cold AC. Outside patio is also very nice.
The room was very clean, and large, with a nice bathroom and shower. The common area had lots of sitting tables and chairs as well. The front entrance is a little hard to see outside when pulling up to it so look for the tiny Tomo sign.
Excellent!!! Nice dorm rooms with lockers, AC, and nice beds with comfortable mattress and pillows. You gotta have some cash for the deposits for keys for lockers but there are plenty of ATM's around. A block from the Malecon, one of the main attractions in the city, and a really nice breakfast/hangout area! Didn't enjoy the TV room but they have a nice one.
A lot of details in a nice place to stay!!!!
