  Aumau Yoga is so amazing it inspired me to become a yoga teacher myself! Grace and Mau teach with care, enthusiasm, and knowledge. Thanks to their teaching, I went onto my Yoga Teacher Training with way more knowledge about poses, the body, and alignment than was expected! Amazing Aumau! Jaya jaya!!

  Grace and Mauro are excellent teachers and yogis. They tailor classes to the individual needs of the students, offering an attention to detail rarely found in other studios.
  One feels the positive flow of energy right away upon entering the studio; it is a magical place.
  I cannot wait to return! Namaste.

  Estoy muy agradecido con Mauricio y Grace por compartir su pasion y conocimiento de Yoga con nuestra comunidad. Sus clases son divertidas y al mismo tiempo exigentes tomando en cuenta la parte tecnica de la practica y adaptando la clase a las necesidades de los alumnos. Muchas gracias y sigan adelante.

  Hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para disfrutar de sesiones de yoga que incluyen técnicas de respiración muy necesarias para llevar una vida sin stress.
  Su céntrica locación permite a residentes de Cumabya y Tumbaco llegar al studio en muy poco tiempo.
  El complejo tiene un gimnasio completo con piscina y parqueadero gratuito y seguro.
  
  AUMAU yoga studio es el lugar ideal para practicar esta ciencia del cuerpo, mente y espíritu.
