Excelente lugar para relajarse. Sólo recomiendo que lleven ropa de abrigo pues hace mucho frío. Por lo mismo que no recomiendo llevar niños.

A stunning place in a stunning setting. The rooms are very clean and the staff is polite. But the rooms are overpriced, especially because the walls where very thin and we could hear each and every step of our neighbors. Usually I don't mind, but in this case they where partying util 2h30 am. After we complained to the guests directly and the situation did not improve, we where unable to reach or find anyone from the staff. Would be totally fine in a hostel or dorm, but not in a pricey place like that. After we complained and insisted they gave us a 15% rebate. Still we did not have a good night of sleep and the food was average at best at fairly expensive.

The volcanic baths are fantastic, the hotel is clean and quaint - situated atop an active volcano and tucked away between two mountain peaks - and the spa was wonderful. It's a must visit locale on your Ecuador vacation.
