The store seems to be the Gringo Paradise in Salinas. But I have never seen such horrible customer service in my entire life. Cashiers are rude. People at the customer service counter are even worse. I will never go here again.

For the area this is a higher end place to shop more choice and slightly higher prices on their goods, not a place that the locals shop.
This is a place for the people with more disposable income and gringos.
The place is clean the staff are great and their checks outs are fast.
In the Salinas area if you are looking for something food wise then this would be the best place to look.

Best option to stock up. It is a full sized grocery store. Pretty far to walk from the malecon ($3 cab ride) but you can walk out and get a cab back. Better selection than the smaller mi comersario jr.
