¡Excelente! 100% recomendado. La atención desde el check in fue buenísima. Todo muy aseado, la habitación contaba con todas las comodidades esperadas, el personal muy atento y cordial.
El libre acceso al sauna, baño turco y piscinas (1 temperada con hidromasaje) es lo mejor para partir o terminar un día de larga caminata.
El desayuno, excelente, muy completo y rico.
Nos fuimos demasiado contentas, con ganas de volver a visitarlos para otro viaje desde Chile.

Las instalaciones estuvieron muy buenas, tiene todo lo que detalla en los servicios, la piscina estaba algo fría pero ya cuando estás un tiempo allí, ya no sientes. Estuvimos en una suite y estaba muy bien, tiene hidromasaje y nevera por si te quieres tomar algo en la noche. Lo único malo q nos pareció es que cuando fuimos a pagar nos iba a cobrar un recargo por tarjeta de crédito.

Haven't stayed in the hotel part--we always go just for the pool. They charge just a few dollars, and you can use all the facilities. The large pool is great--indoors so you can avoid the rain. The large hot pool is a good temperature, along with the sauna. The water, floors and showers have always been clean. There is sometimes a wait for shower or changing room space, but not terribly bad.

Un lindo lugar en pleno centro de Baños, el área del SPA es de las mejores. Tiene una piscina muy grande y calientita. Además cuenta con habitaciones modernas y una vista espectacular de Baños y sus montañas

RU: Хороший отель, приятный комплекс спа, и большой полуолимпийский бассейн, турка, сауна, джакузи и два детских бассейна включены в стоимостьНо персонал не обучен и работает не под стать отелю. Я думала, что невозможно передвигаться медленнее, чем официанты при обслуживании завтрака - но у них получалось; пришлось напомнить им о существовании подносов. Номер убрали только с третьей просьбы, а о просьбах по телефону (типа принести воду или третье полотенце для ребенка) вообще забыли. И завтраки, кстати, позорные: никогда такой отвратной яицницы не ела. В остальном, отличный отель; месторасположение, дизайн, планировка - всё понравилось.
ENG: Good hotel, nice spa, and à huge semiolimpic pool, turkish sauna, sauna, jacuzzi and two kids' pools included in a price. But stuff is completely not educated and works not on a level of a hotel. I thought it's impossible to walk slower, than waiters serving breakfast - but they could; I had to remind them about existence of traces. They have cleaned up our suit only after third request. And about the request done by the phone (like a bottle of water or one extra towel for our baby) they have forgotten at all. As for the rest, we defenetely like the place: location, design, inside organization - we liled it all.

Nice spa with a huge regular pool. 2 smaller warm pool, 1 large hot pool, a little cold pool to dip in when you come out of the hot pool and steam boxes to steam your body. There is also a steam room and sauna with a mild eucalyptus aroma. Showers are included for after and a gift shop and store is at the front. I gave it 4 stars because I don't believe the hot water is naturally heated by the volcano and is not spring water.
