After searching in almost 20 electronics stores in Cuenca, we found Pedro offered the best deal for an external hard drive. The price for a 3GB hard drive was lower than what most stores were charging for a 2GB hard drive. The store is secured and has nice inventory. Highly recommend if you need to buy some electronics.
