  Great food in a small city, never thought i will find such a good place to eat in Saraguro! Buena comida en una ciudad pequeña, nunca pensé encontrar un lugar tan bueno en Saraguro!

  The restaurant is really nice and clean and also has a area to sit outside, the staff was also very nice. But the menu is only in spanish and even with basic Spanish experience hard to understand. It would have been nice to have the menu in English as well. we order some different "tapas" and the size of the dishes was bigger than we know tapas. We tried 4 different ones and unfortunately they were just average.

  Good try in Saraguro. Restaurant is big with a very nice visible kitchen.
  Food tends to be fusion and it is well presented. Taste is good generally speaking. Although they try, important details are forgotten.
  We were 3people and ask for 1 salad, 1 corvina, 1 carbonara pasta and meat balls. The best of the 3 was the corvina in terms of size. Pasta was cold, other small side dishes offered were creative and good. The chocolate as dessert is very good. Coffee was great.
  
  If the goal is to try local food for locals, this is not the option. It's very expensive for local standards. Place frequented only by tourists.
  
  Our bill for three people was around usd69 including 1 alcoholic drink , taxes and service.

  Atención muy buena, variedad de menús, además el lugar es amplio que puedes escoger la parte de adentro o fuera para servirte uno de estos deliciosos platos. Su arquitectura es otro de sus características que lo luce elegante a Shamuico.
