  Used to be the Governor's house. The room was very small, as was the bed. No outside window in the room, which overlooks the courtyard dining area. Music and talking can be heard until well after 10pm. Room very stuffy because of lack of ventilation.
  Service left a lot to be desired, particularly in the bar, where the barman was missing more than he was behind the bar.

  Superb staff and if you love hotel's with history and character, this is a perfect place to stay. It's also in central Cuenca so its walking distance to just about everything.

  This place is beautiful and has amazing customer service!! They where extremely helpful every step of the way from booking to navigating the city to entertainment. And the room is gorgeous! The beds are very comfortable. So relaxing to be here. Will definitely recommend and come back!

  Nice hotel but our room has no window except onto the outside passage, so you can't leave it open and the fan ventilation in the toilet doesn't work so it's not great, and you can't close the shower screen, also laundry is very expensiveand from 5:30am constant banging on the front door and unanswered phone on front desk were very annoying
