  No existe soporte técnico de la marca Samsung para teléfonos comprados en Estados Unidos, considero esta medida incoherente puesto a que la experiencia que da una marca no solo es solo a nivel local sino internacionalmente.

  Terrible in the Technical Service at least put more customer service operators I have been writing for several days from another Province and they answer me and according to they say they do not listen, it is how they get it for not offering the guarantee service. Friends a lot Samsung leaves to be desired in recent times where the customer has to leave satisfied.

  They are scammers. I bought a tumble dryer on JANUARY 31! JANUARY 31 and until today it does not arrive and they continue in the lie that "the 25 arrives" but of what month ?. Just in case it is not Samsung as such but Japan Warehouses has the "representation".
  Do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY THERE.
