Did not have the best experience here, I am from out of town and wanted to get my manicure done. The polish application was touching my cuticles and running down the side of my nail. I told her to take it all off because this was horrible and was embarrassed to have my nails look like that. They ended up getting the manager and they kept assisting it was a great job done. First thing in customer service no matter what do not argue with the client. I still payed for the manicure but left with no polish.
Over all not happy with my experience, if the manager wasn’t arguing with me about how she thought it was a good manicure I probably would have left a better review.response / report this review -
