I honestly never wanted to leave. The first night we got in super late to camp and were welcomed with open arms. The camping area is so lovely with an outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately it rained a lot and we did not bring the best tent with us. Alicia suggested we try a room- so glad we stayed for a few more days. We got the room with a kitchen. It felt like home. Better than home! The gorgeous pristine nature that surrounded coupled with the adorable living space made like a fairy tale. They care so much and it shows. Thankful to them for creating such a beautiful space!

A peaceful and relaxing place just on the edge of town. We stayed in the adobe huts for 4 nights ($20/night). It was nice to be so close to nature and yet have all the facilities we needed to cook our own meals. Alicia and Orlando are both incredibly kind owners and it is quite impressive what they have done with the property. You can tell a great effort is put into maintaining this area and preserving it the way it is so that others may enjoy it. I’d stay here again if I ever come back to visit Vilcabamba. Walking the reserve is possible even if you don’t stay here, so check it out either way.

Amazing place in the middle of the jungle! Very quiet and relaxing, the pit fire by the river side is just perfect! And the outside shower is the best way to get cleaned up!

Fantástico lugar, en medio de la naturaleza, personal muy amable, rodeado de árboles y junto al río. Definitivamente volveremos! PD: Solo recomiendo pedir más mantas en la noche porque hace un poco de frío ;)

Es hermoso quedarse ahí ya que queda dentro de un reserva y tiene nucha vegetación, ademas esta alejado del pueblo.

Camping is perfect. You can live with nature and meet wonderful people :) Very safe. You can drink tap water, take a shower in nature Wonderful place!
