  The "CLIENTS" are the basis of the company, since they are the ones who demand the products and services offered, through them the companies manage to consolidate themselves in the market obtaining income and returns to position themselves before the competitors. But how does it affect what I do in the client? A company has two types of clients, one internal (Contributors) and two external (Buyers), therefore, any activity carried out by a collaborator in one way or another influences the perception that the client finally obtains from the purchase of raw material until the delivery of the product or service. If the correct planning, coordination, direction and control of all the activities is achieved, the cycle will be fed back with greater fluidity creating quality results before the clients and thus increasing the levels of satisfaction with the purpose of customer loyalty and that this is a reference for attracting new buyers.
