A small plaza, it does not have many stores (in fact, about a third of the plaza is still vacant), but it does have essentials. If you reside in the vicinity (La Joya, Villa Club, Rioja, etc) it can be a life-saver, or just a nice place to hang out for an hour or two. It has a Tia, a GLK, a pizzeria, a La Esquina de Ales, a yogurt place, a Banco del Pacifico, a hair and nail salon, and a few small restaurants.

Small plaza with a Tia grocery store and various take out restaurants. Chinese, middle Eastern food along with classic American pizza or burgers and Ecuadorian dishes too.
