  Monumento reformado , todavía sobrevive a los grafitis está justo al frente del #BancoCentraldelEcuador en el parque de la Alameda , justamente donde termina el centro histórico de Quito es un espacio de transición entre la ciudad histórica y la ciudad moderna.

  It misses zebra crossings and information for visitors, especially now with the Metro works being held in the area. It lacks maintenance and it's dirty
