Disciplining Plaza could more appropriately have been called the park had it been for a little more planning in the layout.
The statue in the corner of the park is notable and brings notoriety to tosagua County through his presence.
I have seen the plaza be used from time to time as an area for hosting outdoor events but other than that it does not see much action.
It is directly in front of a major bank but off to the edge of the city and not a well traffic area.response / report this review
