  My experience was horrible. Terrible customer service, they didn't have enough towels for all the guest, the lights went out. I was there for a wedding and the lights went out during the reception. Management was the worst and didn't resolve any of my issues.

  Very beautiful private resort. Excellent service with private beach and very secure. Food services are above par and the ambiance is great. Prices are a little high for Ecuador but not too outrageous. Customer service is above par as well.

  Very beautiful and exclusive resort hotel. Private beach, nice pool area. With an upper class restaurant, a beach bar and a cocktail lounge with sea view. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, with a modern interior. Unfortunately they don't offer or organize any trips to places nearby but they'll help you doing it by your own.
