Was recommended by a local Judge who saw it had received impeccable hygiene scores after a recent inspection (I'm not joking). My meal was rather good; meat succulent but choclos bit dry. Anyhoo 1 of our troupe had a couple of bits of meat so tough it took the local perritos 15 minutes to chew through. Hygienic it may be but serving up old or over cooked cuts is a cardinal sin in a meat joint. For this it loses 2 whole stars.
