I'm sorry to tell that Palmar Voyages is not a reliable agency: they gave us a program for a one-week tour in Ecuador, but it was different from what they agreed with the guide who accompaigned us; furthermore they did not pass important info to the local agency which operated our tour at Galapagos, so we paid for some visits/attractions/services that we haven't seen/received. Our contact from Italy was Mr. Renato - Pachijal Reserve (they work together). Both of them did not recognize us any compensation for the missing services and quality.
