  If you enjoy doing "stinky yoga", Otra ola is the place you'll like. Yoga mattresses are simply disgusting, 10$ the yoga class, with a yoga teacher who is a "fake volunteer". (Understand, a traveller taking the job of an Ecuadorian. Working for food and stay with a visa tourist, just to spend longer holidays. What a pride!!)
  2.25$ for a coffee ! Probably the most expensive coffee in Ecuador.

  I spent a week practising conversational spanish while surfing in Ayampe. Otra Ola is a great place with a relaxed vibe and well run. Ryan, Vanessa and the staff are all lovely and will look after you.

  Chill oasis for your coffee/tea/postre fix (or yoga, Spanish lessons, surf lessons). Also a great place to meet the regulars around town.

  This place is just awsome and offers so many things for everybody! If you wanna learn some Spanish, do some yoga, take surfclasses or rent a board, or just relax and drink something in the organic café with a homemade muffin or icecream. They even sell selfmade natural sunscreen and zinc! I really enjoyed my stay at otra ola and will come back :)
