A hotel at this price range should at least have natural plants instead of cheap artificial ones everywhere, and there were no vegetarian/vegan options on the restaurant menu.

This hotel is the absolute worst of a month long trip that my partner and I have been on. I am a travel agent and quite forgiving for shortcomings with hotels. But having a hotel wide party so loud causing the walls and bed of the room to vibrate until past 2am is unacceptable for me. When I complained about this the hotel let me know that there were no rooms not affected by the noise and basically too bad. The hotel itself is cheap - old and lacks any class whatsoever. I also emailed and requested assistance with a transfer from the airport with no response. I will advise against this hotel at all costs to my clients, friends and enemies.

Saving too much on lights, so the halls are kind of dark; but the food us great at the restaurant. Some mainteinance and cleanliness oportunities.

A spacious hotel with quality facilities which others generally don't have. Very nice and comfortable.

Great Hotel, excellent service, good food, nice pool. If you would like to go to the city of Machala this is definitely a nice place to stay.

Very large rooms and private suits, the buffet breakfast is big with local delicatessen , it also has a big swimming pool and I recommend the lemongrass steam room.
