Marvelous sushi, sashimi, and California rolls. The owner Eddie works all alone so each meal is prepared carefully and creatively plated too. This is not fast good!

Over time Origami has improved to become perhaps the best Sushi Bar in Cuenca. The prices are fair for what is served. Understand that we are not talking about world class, but good local fare.

Most delicious sushi I've eaten. It keeps me and my boyfriend coming back for more and never falls short of impressing us (our favourite is Rollo 9). If you feel like treating a friend, a lover or even just yourself this is the place.
