Amazing stay at this amazing house. Beautiful rooms to rent which includes breakfast. Its a great way to meet some Zarumeños. Eat breakfast at the family table and go explore this amazing town and the surrounding countryside. This house is 9 stories high and as you can see from my photos, its one of the most scenic spots in all of Zaruma. You can go hang out on top of the roof and get a 360 degree view of the town and mountainsides. When I stayed here they treated me like I was family, it was such an amazing experience. It was super economical, I paid less than $20 a night (i dont want to include the exact price, it was too cheap- it should have been more) which included breakfast and my own room w private bathroom. The cost of room & breakfast was about the cost of a single cocktail in the US. But that is not what is amazing about this place, its about the location, location, location. . . and of course the amazingly friendly Zarumeño family you stay with. She will help tell you of some amazing places you can visit in the area. I speak a little Spanish, and it was great to practice with them. I cannot more highly recommend this place
