We produce most of our energy, harvest our water from the rain, we treat all of our wastewater and we have used mainly local materials for the construction of our villas. Our biodynamic and organic garden produces most of what is consumed at the guest table, including our own organic coffee. Montemar is also a zero single-use plastic property and all our amenities are biodegradable.
