  It's just an industrial grinding plant where grains, corn, and rice are ground up to make flour. I believe it's historical and has been in the city for many years, but it's not touristic in any sort of way. Not sure why it was labeled as an amusement park before, so I'm clearing that up now.

  Es parte de la historia de nuestra ciudad que a principio del siglo xx llegaron comerciantes Argentinos a radicarse en Riobamba.
