I had the displeasure of being contacted by this insurer for my vehicle, Mr. Oscar Bonilla, treating a client in a despotic and degrading way. And it was practically very closed. As a recommendation to this company, they should hire personnel who can serve the client in a cordial way and always offer solutions, or in the event that there are none, explain them cordially. Seriously, I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
